The Siren's Song - August 5, 2011
now I've been sailing through your eyes,
the great pacific in disguise,
i set my sights for golden sands,
with the sirens song's commands,
i know that sometimes seas are rough,
and currents stray me off path,
but i am sure that i will conquer these waters,
and poseiden'll feel my wrath,
now i am rambling through your lips,
the path it curves and then it twists,
and i see mountains to the north,
i feel them swaying back and forth,
i know that sometimes i get lost,
in the wild of the chase,
but your stars will always point me,
right back to where i came,
now ive been falling through your hair,
trying to grab onto the air,
so i can stay a little while,
for ive been sinking for miles,
i know that sometimes i will fall,
when i am down and out of luck,
and ill be pushed and ill be shoved,
but you will always help me up,
now i am hostage to your smile,
ive been in chains for awhile,
you take me up you take me down,
but my feet stay on the ground,
i know that sometimes love will tell you,
exactly what you want to hear,
and then the shadow of your lover,
falls out of sight and dissapears,
