It's that time of the year,

to not whine cause of fear,

to get free candy from random people,

isn't that dandy.

Pumpkins are lit to lighten the way,

so don't have a fit about what they say, that pumpkins are scary,

because they are only here to make this day more merry,

far and near throughout the night,

where kids are seen on this holiday fright,

This day is called Halloween.
