Love Is Real - December 31, 2010

"I need to talk to you" said Jeremy, parking in front of an abandoned auto shop.  "Yes Jer?" said a frightened Claire.  For they had only been dating for a few weeks, but she loved him.  Oh, how she loved him.  "Claire Bear, before I say anything, I want you to know that I would never say or do anything to hurt you."  Now this seemed to calm Claire  down, but she still held some doubt.  "Well, Claire, I love you.  I love you so much that I don't think I could last a second without you.  You're everything to me.  Please Claire, tell me you feel the same way."  Well, you can bet Claire was in shock.  This was her first real boyfriend!  And sitting here, with the man she knew she was destined to marry, it just felt so right.  So she replied, "Yes, I love you too Jeremy.  And I too do not believe I could spend a second without you."  So then it happened.  He leaned over and his lips touched hers.  His warm lips made her almost melt.  This was her first kiss.  One of many yet to come.  But only he knew what the future would hold.  Jeremy planned to ask her to marry him.  Not now, it was too soon; far too soon!  But he planned to in the near future.  When the time was just right.
