Deathless Star - December 15, 2010

When I fly into the night
Transferring the shimmering light

I see the loss and I shatter
Pain or the sun, does not matter

By light of the day I will be torn
In heart of the night I am reborn

Darkened silence sing in my ears
No one can feel, live with my fears

I live in the sky, still so alone
Leaning on cold and frosty throne

Shedding the tears flowing so far
I am the king the deathless star

Subject: the name

Himedal is the name of the Asgaard's gatekeeper. He is one of the oldest gods in Vikings ancient beliefs. He also guards the rainbow bridge which connects Asgaard to the Earth. And when the Giants launch their apocalyptic attack, it is Himedal who will alert the other gods.
I found him so tranquil and silent, always looking upon mankind.
